I grew up in Birmingham, Alabama as a first-gen Asian-American. Placed in a limbo between my Asian and American culture, I was familiar with the idea of looking different, being different, and thinking different. This perspective bled into my creativity and helps me problem solve and question the rules of art and design.

I love anything that is creatively expressive, especially digital mediums. I have experience with video editing, audio engineering and graphic and motion design. I graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a B.A. in Multimedia Communication.

My fun fact is I speak Vietnamese, Cantonese, English, and Spanish. I also speak a little French, but only to my dog, Apollo.
